Spelling Bee
Students in Grades 3-5 will have the opportunity to compete to be the Gold Ridge Spelling Bee Champion.
Classroom Spelling Bees will be held during the week of December 9th.
The winners from each classroom (3-4 winners per classroom) will participate in our All-School Spelling Bee to be held on Wednesday, January 15th, at 8:45 am in the Multi.
The Gold Ridge Spelling Bee winner will move on to the regional competition, the Capital Bee. The winner of the Capital Bee will compete in the Scripps National Spelling Bee.
Flyers with grade-level study lists will be sent home with students on Wednesday, November 20th. A 450-word comprehensive study list is available in the front office.
